An explanation of the phrase "that goose look" in Act 5, Scene 3 of myShakespeare's Macbeth.

Macbeth

The devil damn thee black, thou cream-faced loon.
Where got'st thou that goose look?

Macbeth is telling the servant to go to hell (where he’ll be burned black) for being a coward. His fear has turned his face white and given him goosebumps (so called because the red bumps make the skin resemble that of a plucked goose.)
