You shall have me assisting you in all.
But will you woo this wildcat?

Petruchio

Will I live?    

In answer to Gremio’s question whether he’s going to woo Katherina, Petruchio’s response, “Will I live”, is rhetorical. He means something like “As certain as I’m alive I’m going to woo her!”
