We are excited to announce that Education Technology Insights has named myShakespeare the Student Engagement Tool Company of the Year for 2025! Our digital textbook was chosen as the recipient of this award after numerous nominations from EDI
subscribers and “an exhaustive evaluation by an expert panel of C-level executives, industry thought leaders, and [EDI’s] editorial board.” An EDI profile of myShakespeare quotes our founding partner, Greg Watkins, who describes the ethos behind myShakespeare’s conception, saying, “The goal was to get students past the intimidation of the text and into the world of Shakespeare’s imagination.”
The article goes on to describe how myShakespeare increases student engagement while functioning as a holistic learning resource, saying, “One of myShakespeare’s most innovative achievements is how it redefines the concept of the book in the digital age.
