Demetrius

[To Helena] I say I love thee more than he can do.

Lysander

If thou say so, withdraw, and prove it too.

Lysander is demanding that Demetrius come with him — "withdraw" with him — and prove that he loves Helena by “drawing” his sword from its scabbard.
